Why?: Dr Binkley has helped me overcome my imposter syndrome by hiring me to work as a TA with her and constantly affirming me. She reassures me I am an intelligent, amazing person who will do great things. She has written recommendation letters and helped me apply (and get in!) to many summer research programs, and I know she will do the same when I apply to grad school.
