Why?: Dr. Hippler has been my professor for Systems Requirements & Testing class and the faculty advisor for the Mission Guatemala delivery team I have the honor of being part of this May. I’ve also had the pleasure of attending the 20th Ohio Celebration of Women in Computing conference as her student assistant, which was an incredibly enriching opportunity. She inspires me with her independence and positive mindset despite setbacks. Her leadership and outlook have truly shown me that resilience is powerful and growth is always worth the setbacks faced in the process.
