Why?: She was my first professor in the film department during my freshman year of college, and she’s been a mentor to me all the way up until my senior year. Her screenwriting class inspired me to go into screenwriting as a career, and she fostered the most encouraging and open atmosphere for me to express my ideas in that class. I accredit a lot of the skills I have in writing to her, and my long-term success in this industry will be because of her guidance.

Career aspirations: To impact people with my storytelling, whether that is through writing, video production, public relations, or anything in between.
