Why?: Working with Dr. Garner, my level of musicianship and my ability to think critically towards making music have grown exponentially. Dr. Garner treats everyone with kindness, honesty, and respect, which makes him a wonderful role model. His belief in his students is admirable, and I am so lucky to grow under his mentorship!

Career aspirations: Still unsure of where my path will take me, but working in music of some kind as either a performer or educator
